Blogsam and Jetsam

Flotsam is the part of the wreckage of a ship or its cargo found floating on the water. Jetsam is cargo or parts of a ship that are deliberately thrown overboard, as to lighten the ship in an emergency, and that subsequently either sinks or is washed ashore. This is my personal blog version of the above. Loot freely.

Iris

On the 25th of May...



And the morning of June 1st:



Because I took the above picture on my way out the door to work you also get a gratuitous office shot.



I just got back from the local farmer's market. I was underwhelmed by the offerings and only saw two people I knew: the female half of the couple who own/operate the laundry/dry cleaning service I (occasionally) use and my COO, who called out a greeting from her open car window.
